Care of Products

Keep wall, ceiling and flooring products out of direct sunlight, not suitable for outdoor use. Do not use any abrasive materials or bleach based cleaning fluids on our products, only mild detergent and water should be used with a soft cloth to clean.

15-Year Wall Panel Warranty

Wet Wall Works warrants that, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty, as set out in this document, for a period of 15 years from the date of supply of wall panels from Wet Wall Works to the purchaser (you).

• The wall panels will not crack, blister or delaminate and will remain watertight on the condition that the panels are fitted and sealed correctly in accordance with our fitting guidelines, and;
• If the panels crack, blister or delaminate, or do not remain waterproof after being fitted and sealed correctly, they will at Wet Wall Work selection, be replaced (supplied not fitted) or repaired without cost to you, or you will be refunded the price paid for the wall panels only (not including any delivery or fitting costs incurred at the time of purchase).
