Customers are responsible for checking product suitability, dimensions, measurements, plumbing compatibility, and installation requirements before purchase.

You are solely responsible for all orders placed, including any discrepancies or errors in your order caused by you. 
The promotion of goods or services on the our Website does not constitute an offer to sell. It is an invitation to treat only.

Pricing, Payments and Use of Discount Codes

The price of goods, delivery, and any other charges are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

We take reasonable care to ensure all pricing information is accurate. However, errors may occur from time to time. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website at any time without prior notice.

If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed (including due to human or system error), we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where an order is affected by a pricing error, you may choose either:

• a full refund of any amounts paid; or
  
• confirmation of the order at the correct price, where we will provide you with the option to proceed.
  

All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched. If payment is not received or is declined by your bank or payment provider, we cannot reserve or hold stock against your order.

A discount code is only valid for a single transaction unless otherwise stated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless explicitly permitted. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend discount codes at any time without notice.

Price Match Policy

We may, at our discretion, offer price matching on identical products under the following conditions:

• Price matching is only available for physical retail stores within Australia
  
• Price matching does not apply to online-only retailers, marketplace sellers, or large chain stores
  
• The competitor product must be identical in brand, model, specification, and in-stock availability
  
• Proof of the competitor’s current advertised price must be provided at the time of request
  
• The competitor must be a legitimate Australian physical retailer with a comparable showroom
  

We reserve the right to verify all price match requests and to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.

Price matching is offered at our sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Sales and Promotional Offers 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 

Promotional terms and conditions may be updated or changed at our discretion. 

In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final, subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. 

All sales under promotional events, including but not limited to Black Friday or similar clearance promotions, are considered final sale.

For these promotional items:

• All purchases are final and cannot be returned for refund or store credit
  
• No exchanges are available for change of mind, including size, colour, or alternative products
  
• These conditions apply due to the heavily discounted nature of the promotion
  

Faulty or Defective Goods

This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be faulty, defective, or not fit for purpose upon delivery, you are still entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Store Credit or Refunds

Store credit or refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy or at our discretion. A 22% restoking fee will be applied to all refunds. 

Store credit is subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:

• Store credit issued in lieu of a refund will expire 12 months from the date of issue
• Promotional or goodwill store credit will expire 3 months from the date of issue
• Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder
  

Any unused balance will remain available until expiry.

To the extent permitted by law, we may update the terms and conditions relating to store credit from time to time by providing reasonable notice via our website or other communication channels.

Errors Inaccuracies and Omissions 

While we make every effort to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, complete, and up to date, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical mistakes may occasionally occur.
