Shipping & Collecting

      1. Once you have successfully placed an order with us, You could track our Delivering process on our website at any time on your account page.
      2. The handling time is usually within 1-3 business days and your goods will be sent from our Melbourne warehouses. The leading period might differ due to your locations, the lead time will also display in the Description in the calculator on your checkout page. After hours / urgent delivery we will request an extra charge and the cost will be calculated by case/cases.
      3. We deliver to most areas in mainland Australia, including the Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Gold Coast metropolitan areas via a specialized door-to-door courier service. If you found unable to obtain our quote on the shipping quote, Please talk/Email our (customer service team) for a Detail option to get your product shipped.
      4. We offer a Free on delivering within the (Check your area at Melbourne Metropolitan) However it is important to note that someone must be available at the time of delivery to assist the driver with some oversize goods.
      5. We will do our best to arrange delivery on the date that you may request. If we cannot deliver on your preferred day we will contact you as soon as possible.
      6. Any change to the delivery date or the delivery address, please contact our (customer service team) within one business day after your order has been placed. if you cannot accept the goods on the first delivery attempt, you will be charged an additional delivery fee. However, if we cannot deliver all of your orders at the agreed time, you will not pay additional fees.
      7. We may deliver the products via Different delivery methods, It will make a difference upon which delivery method we use: Delivery by our Drivers. We will contact your one day before we Deliver to you on a specific date, and for security purposes, we will request a photo ID of’ eg, the Driver's Licence of the person who has placed an order. Otherwise, someone has been authorized to accept the products. (matching the residential address on the ID with our system could accept the product) Please notice, that we reserve the right to refuse delivery if no suitable identification is provided to our driver. (Cost of our driver – Section Deliver – No.6)

       

      Storage Charge

      • Once a customer's order is fulfilled and ready for Delivery; Pick up & Shipping from our Warehouse, Hera Bathware offers 14 Days of Free Storage for the customer's order.
      • Any exceeded Days, Hera Bathware will Charge $10/Day.

      For Most Melbourne Metro areas customers:

      • Wednesday & Saturday (When Stock is ready)
      • Driver will contact you one hour before delivery arrived. (Unloading areas limited to Ground Floor/Garage only)

        We will pay for the delivery cost to the following Melbourne Metro areas:

        • 3000 to 3138; 
        • 3140 to 3158;

        • 3161 to 3199;

        • 3202 to 3207; 

        • 3750 to 3752; 

        • 3754 to 3755; 

        • 3803 to 3807; 

        • 3975 to 3976


          For customer who is not in Melbourne.

          • Depot Collection - Customers could collect all the items from the closest depot. (Please contact our staff to calculate the shipping cost)
          • Home Delivery - Delivery to customer's residential address. (Please contact our staff to calculate the shipping cost)

          • Melbourne, Inner Victoria, Albury, Wodonga, Central Coast, Sydney, Adelaide – Metro Only  –  1-2 business days
          • ACT, QLD SE, NSW – Metro Only  –   2-3 business days
          • VIC Regional, Outer VIC, NSW Regional, TAS, SA (other than Adelaide)   –  3-5 business days
          • QLD (except Far North QLD), Perth  –  4-7 business days
          • Far North QLD, WA, NT  –  6-10 business days
