Warranty

 

Brackets / Channels and Fixings shall receive the following: 

  1. 12 months on structural failure (unless warranty duration is Stated on Invoice).
  2. 1 year against surface coatings. A coating warranty does not cover if the product has been cleaned with chemical cleaners. Warm water and soap are to be used only.

Glass:

  1. 1. 5 years against Pitting in the center or Fading if installed by Hera Bathware otherwise 12 months warranty applies.
  2. (if non-recommended chemicals are used or a non-regular cleaning warranty is a void see recommendation below).
