Warranty Coverage: Pietra Bianca stands behind the quality of our composite stone bath tubs, basins, and accessories. We offer a 5-year warranty for residential use and a 3-year warranty for commercial use on these products. Additionally, any drain supplied by Pietra Bianca is covered by a 1-year warranty. Our products are expected to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.

Please note that this warranty is applicable to the original owner and is non-transferable. It should be understood that this warranty complements your rights under Australian Consumer Law, as outlined in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Law Act 2010.

Warranty Conditions & Exclusions: To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, please adhere to the following conditions:
